Reflective practice
Reflective practice is essential for continuous improvement in supporting young people. It helps workers gain insights, understand strengths, and develop effective strategies. This practice fosters self-awareness, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The CETC offers in-person and virtual reflective practice sessions, enhancing skills and addressing challenges in implementing strategies with young people.
Consultancy
Our dedicated team of experienced practitioners, researchers, and communicators collaborates with organisations on consultancy projects. We co-design service delivery models that embed trauma-transformative approaches and align with organisational values and vision. Our projects include developing practice frameworks, operational manuals, workforce capacity building, reflective practice, supervision, program evaluation, online learning communities, and stakeholder participation. We build effective partnerships that make a real difference to the children, young people, families, and communities that organisations support.
